@TheBrancaShow @reichsmarshall8 You're based in Massachusetts and you believe this nonsense about Black people harvesting white people? Or some plague of black violence against whites? What part of the state do you live in?! The grift is real 😂😂😂

First, I don't represent clients directly. My law practice is a consultancy practice. Were I on Chud's legal team my client would be Chud's lead counsel. That's how I can work on cases all over the country while being licensed to practice only in Massachusetts and before the US Supreme Court. Second, Chud already has counsel. I can't ethically insert myself into an existing lawyer-client relationship. Chud's lawyer would need to reach out to me. But I'm not hard to find, obviously.

I was just looking over Dalton "Chud" Easterly's criminal docket, and noted a couple of things I thought worth sharing. First, Dalton is of course being represented by legal counsel--that's the lawyer we saw in the video of his $1,25 million bond hearing. Lawyer's name is Jacob Fendley. Dalton appears to have him under indigent status, which in most states would be a public defender (not sure how TN handles that stuff). That's not necessarily a bad thing, many public defenders are excellent, just noting it. Second, the same day Dalton was bound over on $1.25 million bond, he was also given a court order prohibiting him from making extrajudicial (out of court) statements concerning the case. So if we're not hearing public statements from Dalton about the shooting, that's why. Third, that same day a motion was made to the court to make bond, filed by LA's Bonding, a bail bondsmen company out of Clarksville TN (where the court is located and the shooting occurred). That doesn't mean Chud has made bail and is released, but it means somebody is trying. Fourth, a follow-up bail hearing is scheduled for May 21, next Monday, which should be expected to be a more formal and evidence-based calculation of bail than the hearing this week that resulted in the current $1.25 million bond. That said, the result could be a bail that's lower, higher, or the same as what's currently in place. Fifth, there's actually a trial date set for May 26, which is literally less than two weeks after the shooting itself. You can safely ignore this, it's just a placeholder, the trial isn't happening any time soon. Finally, it appears that Chud's home address is simply open to public viewing in the docket. Not sure if that's standard practice with the Montgomery County Court, but it would be nice if Chud's lawyer could get that replaced with his own office address, given the emotionally-energized and high-profile nature of this case.

@TOAOPM @TheBrancaShow Yeah cuz white people never have irrational emotional violent reactions. Like January 6th. Or Riots after sports wins/losses. Or just drunk guys outside a bar. Or Soccer hooligans in Europe 🙄

Prosecutors Could Use Chud The Builder’s Own Videos Against Him At Trial x.com/TheBrancaShow/…

How Chud WINS on Self-Defense In Nashville Shooting! LIVE at 11 AM ET! youtube.com/live/kYlV406-H… Dalton Eatherly, known online as "Chud the Builder," recently shot a man named Joshua Fox in Tennessee. Chud has built a reputation for deliberately provoking confrontations in public spaces—calling Black individuals racial slurs, making inflammatory remarks designed to agitate, and seemingly looking for conflict, all for the purpose of creating social media content. That pattern makes context critical as we analyze the shooting confrontation with Joshua Fox. This is a case where legal analysis requires walking a difficult line. Whatever one thinks of Chud’s antics, he has all the same rights of self-defense against unlawful attack as the rest of us—no more, and no less. The outcome in this shooting depends entirely on facts: Did Chud reasonably believe he faced imminent threat of death or serious bodily harm? Did he provoke the confrontation and acquire a legal duty to retreat in what is normally a stand-your-ground state? Provocation complicates a self-defense claim but doesn't automatically eliminate it. We'll break down the known and speculative facts, the applicable law, and explore the various legal outcomes. The purpose of all this? So you have a better understanding of the legal boundaries for the lawful use of force. Join me LIVE at 11 AM ET as I break it all down! Episode #1323. youtube.com/live/kYlV406-H…

Dave Meltzer says that Kazuchika Okada legitimately had to return to Japan and that this was not an angle: “. . . It was actually going to be Okada and Darby. This was not an angle. He did legitimately have to go back to Japan for some family business. And so this was a legitimate change. So that match is off.” (WOR)
