stigmata was cool because we took the main riff and just slowed it down like inception to make the build up riff. Sometimes I find a 3+ syllable rhyme scheme that I get stuck on, and it becomes like a fun puzzle to make sense of. the whole second verse is one 5 syllable sequence

@grandson would love to hear about the process of writing stigmata

Haven’t forgot about you, just doing my thing for a bit, making the album I feel meant to make, trying to get used to not waking up on a bus every day in a new city. Could answer some questions about past songs if you’re interested

I’ve been in a funk for some time, fam. Creatively confused, detached, unconfident etc. Not my normal self. We have a million new songs and I hate all of them. But I hate the old ones too which means I’m probs just going through a thing. New album when the thing goes away
