UPDATE as of 10:50 PM, May 15, 2026 Transactions using BPI Debit Cards, ATMs, and CAMs are now available. Meanwhile, we’re still working on restoring access to the BPI app and BPI online. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

@TalktoBPI Pwede tayo mag demand. Pag nagsama sama tayong mga di makapag bayad ng bills, di ma access ang payroll. Make sure to screenshot and document para pwede natin gamitin evidence. Also, yung frequency ng ganitong issue nila na laging down, we can also document and file a lawsuit.

BPI IS ALWAYS DOWN ON PAYDAY. LET US ALL WAIT NEXT PAYDAY IF THEIR SYSTEM CRASHES AND LET US ALL REPORT. We gather all the crashes of banks and monitor them. Report every now and then to BSP
