ये उपदेश नहीं - ये नाकामी के सबूत हैं।
12 साल में देश को इस मुक़ाम पर ला दिया है कि जनता को बताना पड़ रहा है - क्या ख़रीदे, क्या न ख़रीदे, कहां जाए, कहां न जाए। हर बार ज़िम्मेदारी जनता पर डाल देते हैं ताकि ख़ुद जवाबदेही से बच निकलें।
देश चलाना अब Compromised PM के बस की बात नहीं।

भारत उनका बलिदान और उनके परिवारों की पीड़ा को न कभी भूलेगा, और न ही इस कायराना कृत्य के दोषियों को कभी माफ करेगा।
बेरहमी से छीने गए मासूम जिंदगियों की याद आज भी हमारे दिलों को झकझोरती है। शहीदों के परिवारों का दुःख हम सब का दुःख है। देश के उन बेटों की शहादत भारत की आत्मा में सदा अमिट रहेगी।

पंचायती राज, महात्मा गांधी के ग्राम स्वराज के सपने को साकार करने की दिशा में एक मजबूत नींव रही है।
पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी जी ने भारत के गांवों को सशक्त बनाते हुए उन्हें देश की मुख्य धारा से जोड़ा। उन्होंने हर वर्ग को अधिकार दिलाए और पंचायती राज व्यवस्था के माध्यम से जनभागीदारी को सुनिश्चित किया।
पंचायती राज महिला सशक्तिकरण का भी एक महत्वपूर्ण माध्यम रहा है। 1993 से 73वें संविधान संशोधन के माध्यम से पंचायती राज संस्थाओं में महिलाओं के लिए कम से कम 33% आरक्षण सुनिश्चित किया गया। आज कई राज्यों में यह बढ़ाकर 50% तक कर दिया गया है।
कांग्रेस की इस ऐतिहासिक पहल का परिणाम है कि आज देशभर में लगभग 14 से 15 लाख से अधिक निर्वाचित महिला प्रतिनिधि पंचायती राज संस्थाओं में सक्रिय भूमिका निभा रही हैं - जो दुनिया में महिलाओं की सबसे बड़ी लोकतांत्रिक भागीदारी में से एक है।
पंचायती राज व्यवस्था ने देश की महिलाओं को नेतृत्व करने और राजनीति में अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने का सुनहरा अवसर दिया है।
देश के सभी मुखिया, पंचों और स्थानीय निकायों के सदस्यों को पंचायती राज दिवस की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं।

Congress party unequivocally supports Women’s Reservation. Parliament unanimously passed the bill in 2023, it is already part of our Constitution.
What the government is proposing now has nothing to do with women’s reservation. This amendment is an attempted power grab using delimitation and gerrymandering.
We will not allow ‘Hissa Chori’ from OBC, Dalit and Adivasi communities by ignoring the caste census data. We will also not allow Southern, North Eastern, North Western and smaller states to be treated unfairly.

सरकार अब जो प्रस्ताव ला रही है, उसका महिला आरक्षण से कोई संबंध नहीं है। वो सिर्फ़ delimitation और gerrymandering के जरिए सत्ता हथियाने का प्रयास है।
जाति जनगणना के आंकड़ों को दरकिनार कर OBC, दलित और आदिवासी समुदायों से किसी हालत में “हिस्सा चोरी” बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। हम दक्षिण, उत्तर-पूर्व, उत्तर-पश्चिम और छोटे राज्यों के साथ भी किसी कीमत पर अन्याय नहीं होने देंगे।

One of the BJP's dangerous plans is to “gerrymander” all Lok Sabha seats to its advantage for the 2029 elections
The proposed Bills remove all Constitutional safeguards on delimitation, giving full power to the Delimitation Commission which the govt itself will appoint and direct.
We have seen how BJP does this - it hijacked delimitation in Assam and Jammu and Kashmir, where it split up anti-BJP regions and communities for electoral advantage. As a result,
- some seats have 25 lakh voters, while some have only 8 lakh
- some seats have 12 Vidhan Sabha segments, while some have only 6
- some seats are broken into pieces without connection, sometimes divided by rivers or mountains
Having captured the Election Commission, PM Modi is confident that he can capture the Delimitation Commission too. The Congress will not allow this to happen.
Delimitation should be based on a transparent policy framework, developed after wide consultations with a consensus. Indians of all communities and States should feel confident that they will be represented and their voices will be heard.
This is the only way forward to protect and strengthen our democracy.

यह बिल OBC विरोधी है,
यह बिल SC-ST विरोधी है,
यह बिल Anti National है - दक्षिण, उत्तर-पूर्व, उत्तर-पश्चिम और छोटे राज्यों के खिलाफ है।
हम भारत जोड़ने वाले न किसी का हक़ छिनने देंगे, न देश को बंटने देंगे।
