What was the point of even changing the restrictor plate package from 450 to 510 in the first place? At the end of the day that’s what caused this mess, now they can’t take the drag out without changing the ho number back because speeds would be too high.

@dabfordale To me that’s the moment they lost the plot for superspeedway racing. The entire point of restrictor plates was to lower speeds and limit blowovers. 2019-21 had them running in pack formation just as fast as pre-1987 🙃.
