Fun with @MonashGeography students today, using the Maribyrnong floods (and the Flemington Racecourse flood wall 😬) to explore sustainability issues related to water infrastructure. Groups brainstormed stakeholders, then created stakeholder maps. (Shared with their permission!)

@PippyChandler @morganbenjamin That sounds awesome Pippa! I think students always love a chance to learn outside the classroom, and we are lucky how well Geography lends itself to that!

@morganbenjamin I taught a class today that included tech but also group work, games, whole-class discussion, brainstorming with whiteboard markers, and taking a little excursion onto the uni campus in the sunshine. Lots of fun, lovely students 🤩
