@Sirtimwhite @jockowillink @LeifBabin I have read it. Didn't much like it. Am generally dubious about military people thinking their culture works outside of the military, and this book falls into that trap. The exceptions I've found are Team of Teams (McCrystal) and Turn The Ship Around (Marquet).
