OK this is a wild one so stick with me...
The "RUNES" on the poster that follow the circular border of the stained glass window of the Avengers logo indicate a spell starting with the WHEEL WITH SPOKES AND STEM and ending with the final CURVED ENCLOSURE before it repeats (sorta) but breaks "coincidentally" at the BROKEN LINE / DIVIDED STROKE which translate to "false unity is separated" before starting up with the full initial pattern again.
Based on the first 16 runes, it would say:
“By rightful order, this opening is defined.
What passes is limited, witnessed, and bound to rule.
Disorder is turned aside, imbalance is denied,
and only ordered influence may enter and remain.”
However, it partly repeats before breaking and repeating the entire sequence again which is probably important because it changes the message from a simple ward into a self correcting, self renewing boundary.
In symbolic systems like this, repetition replaces grammar, a perfect loop would imply stasis and an imperfect loop implies vigilance.
Functionally, the break and repetition says: "If the order begins to blur, it is divided and reasserted" and it reasserts authority mid cycle.

So the full translation is:

I am probably overthinking the HELL out of this and maybe the symbols mean nothing and some graphics dude just thought they looked cool and the break is just because he couldn't fit the pattern neatly

We are seeing the classic 3 act structure of the movie and the friggen poster is a type of synopsis for the film in magic runic symbols!
I don't know, maybe I'm nuts.
