So sad to see this news. I first met John Overington when I was in high school and he was speaking about the importance of public service. He spoke from the heart. Getting to know him later as an adult was a real honor. He blazed a lot of trails and never stopped giving back.

West Virginia owes a debt of gratitude to this man for his impeccable public service, his positive energy, and a life well lived.
