This 200-metre new skyscraper in Seoul will feature a dramatic sky garden midway up its height. Designed by ODA, the 40-storey Terrarium Cheong-Dam is set to rise in the city’s Gangnam district.

Saudi Arabia has announced plans for Epicon: a new “mirage” rising from the desert on the Gulf of Aqaba, centred around a 275-metre skyscraper. Forming part of NEOM, Epicon will consist of a 55-room “ultra-luxury” hotel tower, a 120-room resort and 45 residential beach villas.

The £8.5BN redevelopment of London's Earls Court is set to begin from 2026. Phase One will include 1,000 homes, the first office building and a cultural venue. The project will rise on London's largest cleared development site, where the Earls Court Exhibition Centre once stood.
