Located in Puebla, Mexico, the 33-story residential tower by Bulnes Arquitectos rises 142.5 meters, hosting 93 luxury apartments across more than 41,000 m². Its rotating form shifts 15° per floor, unlocking continuous 360° views while enabling partially suspended living spaces. At its core, a high-strength concrete spine is anchored by 54 deep foundation piles, supporting steel-framed apartments that extend outward with curved rafters distributing structural loads.
