@SmallerFishGAA Carlow have 6 forwards inside the Kildare 45, asking for trouble, Kild pull the Carlow's midfielders as wide as possible which gives them loads of space through the middle of the pitch. They break the tackle, commit runners, use the ball excellent & score a goal. Great coaching.

5 handpasses and 1 short stick pass the whole way up the field, most likely from an uncontested short puckout. This is modern hurling and some people like it I am not one of those people

According to John Fogarty, Darragh McCarthy took an average of 24 seconds to score his two frees. That's around double most other free takers. It's not a time wasting thing as Tipp were chasing the game. It just the most ridiculous free taking routine we've ever seen. Going back out to throw up grass (when there no wind) when he's already addressed the ball is completely unnecessary and he should change it
