𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐛𝐢𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐝𝐚𝐲!!! 🎉 It’s the day I pause and look back on the life that has shaped me, from the laughter and friendships to the heartaches and challenges. 𝘎𝘳𝘰𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘶𝘱, 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘸𝘢𝘴𝘯’𝘵 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘦𝘢𝘴𝘺—𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘐 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘐 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘴𝘸𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘵𝘪𝘥𝘦, 𝘦𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘧𝘳𝘰𝘮 𝘢 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘨𝘳𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘪𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘦𝘦𝘥𝘴 𝘸𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘮𝘦𝘦𝘵. But with each year, I learned to see life’s ups and downs as a teacher, and every lesson has left a mark on who I am today. There’s something magical about birthdays, isn’t there? They’re like our personal New Year’s, a chance to embrace change and to hope for better things ahead. As I reach a quarter-century, I realize the journey has been both beautiful and bittersweet, filled with moments that taught me resilience, gratitude, and joy. ■ 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧𝐞: 𝘓𝘰𝘷𝘦 𝘥𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘭𝘺. The love I have received—and given—has shown me that we are here to uplift one another, and love remains the greatest gift. ■ 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨: 𝘌𝘮𝘣𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘵. Life’s impermanence has been a gentle reminder to savor each moment and cherish the beauty in the simple things. There are days I think back to childhood dreams and realize I’m still that dreamer at heart, but now, I carry a bit more wisdom in the pursuit of those dreams. This past year has been especially meaningful, with people coming into my life to inspire me and guide me in ways I never expected. There’s something about knowing you’ve lived a quarter of a century that makes you reflect on your values and look toward what truly matters. ■ 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞: 𝘎𝘪𝘷𝘦 𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬. The moments I have given freely have often brought the greatest joy, and I am learning that real success lies in lifting others along the way. Looking forward, I am excited for what’s to come—new opportunities, connections, and the chance to keep growing. ■ 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐫: 𝘋𝘰𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵. If this journey has shown me anything, it’s that life won’t wait for you, so start today, however small that step may be. I am grateful for the many hands that helped me reach this moment; each one is part of my story, and their kindness will stay with me forever. Birthdays remind me to celebrate myself, something society doesn’t teach us often, but I believe it’s necessary to acknowledge how far we’ve come. ■ 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐢𝐯𝐞: 𝘉𝘦 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴𝘦𝘭𝘧. After all these years, I’ve learned that there’s strength in authenticity, in owning who you are and staying true to your path. And now, as I look to the future, I’m curious: 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲? Happy birthday to me—and here’s to the journey ahead! PS: Here’s the summary of my last year, which ended today #𝑻𝒉𝒆𝑴𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒇𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒆𝒓🌱❤
