We were delighted to welcome Her Majesty the Queen to the RUH today to officially open the Dyson Cancer Centre. The Queen met with staff and patients in the Medlock Day Care Unit, William Budd inpatient ward and also visited the Macmillan Wellbeing Hub.

We recently held our first pop-up teddy bear hospital🧸 Whether it was someone’s first visit to the RUH or they had been before, the free event gave over 100 teddies and their young owners a chance to experience what it’s like to come to hospital in more relaxed circumstances.
