We started off as a social finance product nearly 5-years ago, and pivoted multiple times, ending up becoming the global leader of e-commerce in the Building Products & Materials Industry. Richards has helped Construct CRM invent how to digitize the contractor-distributor relationship, imagining and iterating together every step of the way. The infrastructure they’ve helped us develop is already being used by many other distributors, who will announce their CRM launches soon. By October 2025, over 25,000 contractors in the United States will have access to a free CRM provided by their distributor, powered by Construct CRM. We envision a world not too far in the future where the standard method for contractors to order building products and materials is online.
