Hey y’all, here’s a little health update: Monday I saw a new pain interventionist for the CRPS in my leg AND trigeminal neuralgia. Jaw surgery definitely helped cut down on the frequency of trigeminal nerve pain & saved my jaw joint, but I still have episodes that are debilitating. I’m getting another MRI & nerve conduction study done & then hopefully getting some kind of injection or block for my leg, then a trigeminal nerve block also by the end of summer. 🙏🏼 Also went to the orthodontist today & have just a couple more months or so of post-surgery bone healing & fine-tuning my smile, then I finally get out of these dang braces. 😬🙌🏼 It’s going to be a busy summer, but I might be significantly more pain-free by the fall if all goes well. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
