These boys look like Year 10 to me, and there seems to be about a dozen of them. I can't think of an educational scenario in which a dozen Yr10s could be carved out like this. A form or GCSE subject group (of c25) possibly, a year group (c125) yes, but a dozen Yr10s? It suggests a staged event for party-political campaigning, and that's a blatant contravention of the law (and I'd say a safeguarding issue for the one boy I've mentioned in other posts).
