ACL reconstruction✅ It wasn’t AT ALL easy, but now time to grind & focus on rehab. I’m determined to get back on court... so for now it’s vital to set small, short term goals & get excited at the small stuff (i did my first leg raise & knee bend a couple hours post surgery🤪)
