Selling #email #martech and targeting marketers by their #ESP loyalty? Do you look for 1, 2, or 3 year competitive vendor loyalties? I am compiling 200 marketers near 12 mos with their ESP but finding 24 mos 'feels' like better prospects unless 1 year change 'rhythms' are clear

@ContentScienti1 Read receipts are almost universally unsupported and unsent these days. If that's what you're using to register an "open" then I'd expect most to log zero. "Opens" in the email marketing platform world are measured by an image being loaded by the recipients email client.

@tkulzer Hello Tom, Thanks! Tricky as I seem 'ok' in every sense, but realizing a huge percentage of emails where I am answering a question I know the recipient has been waiting for never log as 'opened'... Since posting a friend told me iphones may not 'read-reciept' for Hubspot 'sales'

@ContentScienti1 That's not how email spam filtering works in 2024. There's no such tool that will actually tell you that because it isn't how big providers determine where your email goes.
