@TheWillOfMarco I totally agree , the first pirate is the man with the eye patch. When joyboy appears one piece is on the verge of ending !

#ONEPIECE1188 If you look closely at Joyboy's lower face that was shown in the latest chapter, there's seems to be an unnatural circular shading at his right eye (left on our perspective). I don't think this is unnatural at all, but I think that's a portion of an eyepatch! Remember in One Para Volume 5, Oda said that "...in the final scenes of One Piece, there is one pirate who appears with an eye patch. I'm itching to draw this character." The theory that Joyboy—the first pirate—is the eyepatched pirate Oda was referring to in this statement just got stronger... 👀☕️
