Old enough to remember when favorites were changed to likes on here and there was outrcry… for about a day. Change is hard but that doesn't mean it's wrong. Every change we make on here is considered, tested and lived with before rolling out. Adapting just takes a moment.

In termini generali, non possiamo che condividere i principi affermati dai giudici europei, che sono poi gli stessi sui quali si basa la nostra Costituzione: a tutti i tesserati, dagli atleti ai dirigenti, deve essere assicurata una tutela giurisdizionale piena ed effettiva, soprattutto quando sono in gioco diritti fondamentali tutelati dall’ordinamento giuridico. Questa pronuncia impone una risolutiva riflessione sulle caratteristiche e sulle prospettive della giustizia sportiva, nella sua autonomia che ho sempre ritenuto relativa e non assoluta, traendo decisivo impulso dal pronunciamento della Corte di Giustizia Europea e facendo tesoro del primo modulo di riforma generale del sistema approvato dal Consiglio Nazionale del CONI alcuni giorni fa, a seguito di un impulso congiunto dell'Ente e del Governo. Il percorso riformatore è tracciato, avendo come faro i principi richiamati dalla Corte e, prima ancora, sanciti dalla nostra Carta costituzionale.
