XLP/SPY — Consumer Staples vs the broader market. When this ratio rises, money is rotating into defensive assets. Less risk appetite. A DCL just confirmed a few days ago, suggesting the start of a bull swing in this ratio. The market is telling us something.

$DXY update. This monthly candle close is key. My thesis is a close above the trendline confirms the start of a bull swing — target at least 110. We've also put in a slightly early DCL. Watching closely.

$DXY breaking out. Next monthly candle is key. If it confirms, I think the dollar is starting its bull market. Watching closely — this would change the picture for metals in the not so distant future.

#ETH $ETH gave us a weekly swing-high and is now in the declining phase of the intermediate cycle. I clipped the fractal from the 2022 decline and it matches up with this July, which would give a low around weeks 22-25, which is the typical timing band for an ICL. That said, given what are typically longer intermediate cycles, November 2026 remains the preferred timing.

@phoenix_cr47 Agreed, the way is pretty clear. USDT.D printed a textbook 3 drives pattern confirmed with bullish BOS on the daily. I think new lows are on their way for BTC.

Looking at USDT.D this is a scenario I could see - a push into 0.5 fib and supply with another rejection into potential bullish 3 drives.... If USDT.D should setup like this I could see people being quite euphoric/bullish

$BTC swing shorts activated. $USDT.D looks like an inversion. I think the @camelfinance indicator will confirm it in the upcoming days — BUT in the inverted $BTCUSD chart we put in a DCL right in the timing window. Enough confluence for me. The market is celebrating. I'm shorting. Everybody seems to forget we're in a full force crypto bear market.

@lazarovtrading @camelfinance Totally possible. It's not my base case though. I'm positioned for the move down and will manage the trade as it develops. Time will tell, that's what makes this interesting.

I think it’s going to be choppy. The first breakout on USDT.D might be a fakeout. I expect $BTC price to drop to around $70k around May 28 when is due DCL and at that point most people will probably jump into shorts which could reverse the move. Then it may return to higher levels around $75-$78k to grab liquidity and only after that start moving strongly downward. Time will tell.
