Food for me is not just fuel, it is the way I show love, compassion and care for those around me. Being able to eat well, whether dal & chapatis or an extravagant feast. Being able to cook either meal is the key. Learn to unlock the key to the spice tin. 🗝️🔓

Today as part of #wellnesswednesdays I provided food for Home Instead Enfield's Memory Lunch. A bi-monthly afternoon of games, dancing, singing & chatting. Makes me feel so uplifted. By providing lunch I get to do what I love cooking, feeding people & chatting.

I needed a little bit of motivation this Monday morning so receiving this today was the remedy. Cook Eat Joy was inspected at the end of November and received a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating I am so pleased and hope this continues to give customers peace of mind.

Beer and Curry Night at The Little Green Dragon Ale House 🍻🐉 A great evening event on Monday night where guests had a four course tasting menu paired expertly by Richard. Thank you so much to all those who came & Richard for making this happen. I look forward to another event.
