
Earlier today, we identified an issue affecting our rewards system that resulted in incorrect rewards being issued to a small number of accounts.
As part of our response, we temporarily restricted access to some accounts while we secured the platform and reviewed affected accounts. These temporary restrictions were precautionary.
In some cases, incorrectly credited funds were tipped to other users before the issue was resolved. We've since corrected the affected balances. All legitimate purchases and redemptions remain unaffected.
We apologise to those affected by the reversal of tipped funds.
