Rogers has zero interest in going to Chelsea. He wants to compete for the PL and play UCL football. Chelsea have finished top 4 just once in 4 seasons (placing 6th, 10th and 12th the other 3 times) and haven’t competed for the title in 9 years. Also, Chelsea can’t afford him.
