Early in the season, I’m looking to target guys who I can rely on for their roles, and Fox fits that exact description. He will be a MUST play tonight against Utah. Last season, Utah was my favorite team to target for assists allowed, as they allowed the most assists to opposing PGs in the entire league at 10.56 per game. This game has an elite total at 234.5 and a 6.5 point spread, which should set us up for a very solid game script for Fox. Both teams are coming off back-to-backs, so there’s obviously volatility. However, I feel like this game stays close as both teams have looked quite underwhelming early. Fox is OVER this line in 2/3 games this season, and this is clearly the best matchup he’s had. Fox covered in both games last season vs. Utah. He’s averaging 12.4 pASTs per game, and I think asking for only 6 to convert in this matchup is simply too low. If this game remains competitive enough, I have full confidence in Fox getting 6 dimes!
