Student Council candidates demonstrated great determination and courage yesterday as they delivered their speeches to their fourth and fifth grade peers. Everyone did a wonderful job and gave voters a tough decision!

Today, Student Council celebrated a successful school year! We made bracelets and had a small award ceremony. Happy almost Summer Cougars! @WPSCoolidge

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week from Coolidge Student Council! Student council members were eager to celebrate the teachers that make such an impact every day 🐾💙 @WPSCoolidge

During the month of March Coolidge students are spreading smiles! The Student Council is partnering with the organization, Color a Smile, which sends cheerful coloring pages to those in need of a smile.

With the support and generosity of the entire school community, Coolidge Student Council was able to collect and donate over 350 food and personal care items! These resources will be distributed to those in need by the Social Service Association of Ridgewood. Go cougars!

Student Council had a big part in today’s school wide meeting! We explained our upcoming food drive, had a presentation from our clean bathroom committee, and introduced the new Coolidge school suggestion box. @WPSCoolidge

Great presentation today on Classroom-Based Physical Activity led by @mspaton_wps during our staff professional development day!

Student council members spent some time at our meeting putting together Sub Tubs and Care Cups to thank some of the special people that help our school and community run smoothly. These cups will be given to substitutes, crossing guards, custodians, and more! @WPSCoolidge

Our Coolidge Coat Drive was a great success! Student Council members helped sort and count each coat that was donated. A positive note was created to put inside each pocket for an extra warm smile for the recipient. A grand total of 98 coats were collected, way to go Cougars!

Today's SchoolWide Meeting celebrated all of the things we should be thankful for including our newest Student Council representatives. Students played a This or That Thanksgiving game, listened to the Words of Wisdom and showed their Cougar pride!

Our E-board helped plan and lead our School-wide meeting this morning! They introduced themselves, talked about the coat drive, and lead us in a fun game of This or That: Thanksgiving Edition. Happy Thanksgiving Cougars! 🐾🦃
