What a great day to be a DAWG! Today was tough, but our guys and a few coaches really got after it. We hit a tough lower body workout, did some gassers, sprints, and wrapped up with the Bulldog 400.

Very proud of our kids for showing up and getting after it all week! Packed house in the weight room with 71 guys getting better!

Grateful for everyone who showed up again this morning. We had 72 in attendance today, and these guys really went after it. A big shoutout to our little buddies—they continue to show up with a desire to improve, which tells us they’re not afraid of hard work.

Another fantastic turnout for the Speed and Strength Camp today, with 73 guys in attendance! These numbers are indeed impressive for our program. Everyone came ready to improve and make progress. Check out some photos from this morning’s session!!

James Sneed advances to Area with a 4th place finish in the high jump. Matt Hudson advances to Area in the 800m with a 2.17 Jeqaun Brown advances to Area with a 3rd place finish in triple jump, 4th place in the 100m dash, and 3rd in the 200m.

Jackson Fogelberg advances to Area with a 2nd place finish in the 100m Dash. Jase Sneed advances to Area with a 3rd places finish in both high jump and long jump.

Jase Miller advances to Area in the 200m dash with a 1st place finish. Beachley Bills advances to Area with a 3rd place finish in the 100m dash, 2nd 200m dash, and 4th in the 400m dash.
