@MannatBhatia19 @coopermedschool Sorry for the late reply! We will definitely be doing didactics and workshops to make sure that our residents are good educators. They will also be expected to lecture their fellow residents and get feedback to improve!

One of the highlights of our program is getting to work with medical students from @coopermedschool! We will have access to their amazing sim lab to ensure our residents have great training in procedures and interviewing skills! #Match2022 #MedEd
