@xzombiexqueen Oh okay that makes more sense! Thank you. I'm sorry she is too. I think heat & hormones The biggest problem. I have a lot of inflammation from that (PCOS) and stage 2 lipedema & the Mcas factors into that. It's weird not knowing all the triggers but seeing it in retrospect.

@CopiasSongbird I know a little about it as I have a friend who has it, and she's really allergic to coconuts and latex which triggers her badly, but I know sometimes it's autoimmune too. I'm sorry you're dealing with that too. 💜

2.30am. Can't sleep as it's so humid & hot. My head hurts from the low barometric pressure. A double edged sword, the storm will break the heat but I'll have the mother of all migraines. Glad I have the day off work, sumatriptan injection at the ready. 💉 😵‍💫

@MartaOnACross I'm so genuinely happy to hear that! Grandparents are such important people. I'll send some healing vibes for what she does well at rehab but this is really great news! 💜

@CopiasSongbird Thank you so much, that is so kind of you! ❤️ My grandma is doing so much better already. She will leave hospital tomorrow. There will be of course further rehabilitation but she is almost back to her old self again.

My grandma had a stroke and I don’t know what to do with myself. She is concious and stable but doesn’t recognize people most of the time. I am trying to figure out logistics to drive to Poland and see her but right now I am just completely overwhelmed.

@xzombiexqueen It's actually both. Cuz there's different variations. It's an immune condition where your mast cells, the cells that normally release chemicals like histamine to heal infections or respond to allergens, become overly sensitive and misfire. The heat can trigger it. Or lotion. Lol

@xzombiexqueen I love you too! Having a tool kit is such a smart thing. I have the same thing although I just learned recently I have mast cell activation syndrome so that kind of adds to this whole BS.

@Wisdo007 There's a video where he talks about it he just says that you shampoos only his scalp and he puts conditioner only on the ends and then he puts it in a tile and wraps it for a bit and then lets it dry but like apparently he also grows an insane amount of hair, lol.

This is Toby the African Pygmy Falcon at the Cincinnati Zoo. He's just a cute little squeaky cotton ball with knives for feet and likes to take dust baths. I would die for him. 🥹💜
