@projat1 @RASACS I think training programs or burnout identification programs could all be explored as potential options and a program could incorporate ways for other friends or family members of trainees to give their input on the trainee’s wellbeing

@RASACS An informal one as a result of excellent culture with residents looking out for each other? Yes. As for a formal one - Agree with @Boviethat that it seems difficult to implement a confidential, effective mechanism
