Oh @Katiebobs66 all planning is fairly scrutinised.. Section 4 HMO for 25/00188/HMO...showing as already licensed, despite no planning meeting... No public consultation.. Coppull won't forgive #liebour whilst nobody is looking.. Where's Alex Hilton when you need him.. #shame

@CoppullRambler The article 4 was submitted by the council for approval towards the end of last year.
The process is not immediate and perhaps this was a cross over of both applications. I would need to check the application for all details.

@Katiebobs66 The licence was showing as pending October 2025..Then on the latest HMO update showing as licensed from May 25..how can it be pending in October yet a licence was supposedly issued earlier in the year?

As I understand it Section 4 HMO.. Means all HMO applications need full planning permission as of Jan 26.. Given 25/00188/HMO was submitted in Mar 26.. N no planning meetings taking place.. Who licenced the property? @lee_hutchinson @ChorleyCouncil @LindsayHoyle_MP
