This is a serious, developing situation in Garden Grove, Orange County, California.
Quick Summary:
• A 34,000-gallon tank at GKN Aerospace (12122 Western Ave) containing methyl methacrylate (a volatile, flammable, and toxic chemical used in plastics/aerospace manufacturing) began overheating and leaking vapors on Thursday.
• Fire crews have been unable to fully stabilize it. Officials say the tank cannot be secured.
• Two possible outcomes remain:
1. The tank fails → catastrophic spill of ~6,000–7,000 gallons of toxic chemicals.
2. Thermal runaway → explosion that could ignite nearby tanks.
Current Status (as of May 23, 2026):
• Evacuation orders affecting ~40,000 residents across parts of Garden Grove and surrounding cities (Cypress, Stanton, Anaheim, Buena Park, Westminster).
• Shelters are open. Schools closed. Roads blocked in the area.
• Crews are actively cooling the tank with water to buy time.
• No injuries reported so far, and air quality is currently stable, but officials are preparing for the worst.
This is being treated as a major hazmat incident with very real risks of a large chemical release or explosion.
If you’re in the area: Follow official alerts from Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), local police, and Nixle. Do not ignore evacuation orders.

Meet Taquawn "Buck" Lewis, he is 28 years old.
In 2019, Lewis was convicted of ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON WITH INTENT TO K*LL INFLICTING SERIOUS INJURY.
He tried to m*rder somebody and the judge sentenced him to the MINIMUM POSSIBLE SENTENCE:
Six years and one month.
He was released from prison in AUGUST 2025.
NINE MONTHS LATER, he shoots a 16-year-old child who was JUST WALKING A PATH HOME to DE*TH in broad daylight in Charlotte.
He was on PAROLE.
He had a gun he was BARRED BY LAW from possessing.
Every. Single. Failure. Was. Preventable.
A judge let him out at the minimum.
A parole board approved his release.
Joseph Samuel is de*d because NOT A SINGLE FREAKING ONE OF THEM did their job.

Meanwhile, the state keeps pouring resources into supporting non-citizens through its own programs.
California has 10.9 million foreign-born residents — 28% of the entire state, more than double the national average.
This directly drives your insane cost of housing.
All those extra people competing for limited housing stock sends rents and home prices through the roof. Same with traffic. Way more cars on the same roads.
And imagine the burden on those teachers just trying to get these kids caught up and speaking English. How does that affect your kids when they’re trying to get a basic education?

Deport them all It’s so insane we are paying for 5 million+ people to be on EBT in California

Is this $200+ billion dollar “high-speed” rail a policy failure? Of course.
