Given Restore are using AI images and I've never heard of a Restore meeting taking place it's actually made me think
Does anyone actually know a Restore supporter in real life?
I don't
I know people who support every other party, some I wish I didn't know, but no Restore, it's all online and pretend 🤣
@MrKnight2205 He’s a leader and that’s what this country needs. Not another politician with polished words but no clue what people want. He’s clearly got all the right people rattled too which is glorious.
Jacob Rees-Mogg tells Rupert Lowe a couple of home truths and he clearly doesn't like it.
Jacob:
"With only 8% of people knowing who you are..."
Rupert Lowe:
"I think its a lot more than 8%, we were stopped by how many people on the way in, 3 or 4?"
3 or 4 just isn't going to cut it.
Has anyone ever seen Rupert Lowe walk into a pub or down a street and have the ability to instantly connect with people he doesn't know?
He thinks millions of people are going to vote for him simply because he believes he is superior.
Nope, you have to win hearts and minds with passion and fire and basing your entire existence on attacking your ideological rivals isn't going to work.
Vote Reform on 7th May.
@WorldByWolf Couldn’t be more wrong. We don’t need another politician with polished words, we need a leader who delivers. Rupert Lowe is the latter in spades and everyone will follow him.
This is a good example of why Rupert needs a nationalist crash course in media training.
He’s asked about banning foreigners from becoming MP’s which should be a question Restore knocks out the park and uses to differentiate themselves from Tory-Reform.
Instead the answer runs off into Japan debt holdings followed by a very unassured answer which ends with him basically admitting he can’t give the details on what should be a flagship Restore policy.
I get the sense he hasn’t been prepped for these interviews via briefing packs and mock interviews and winging it doesn’t seem to be working for him.
Message discipline is everything.
The Restore Staff need to create a binder of their policies and how to communicate them then Rupert needs to study it and become fluent in it.
@Mschatnoir It’s a great film. The attempt at diversity made me laugh though as you certainly didn’t have all of those races walking round Galashiels in the 80’s/90’s and definitely not with a strong Scottish accent.
Finally watching 'I Swear' I struggle with Scottish stuff..because Scots people put on this faux accent when on screen...it's very weird, when acting this totally alternate way of speaking happens...it drives me nuts..
For scenes early 80's...there are diverse people about in film ...(there were not, really really few...some Indian/Pakistanis yes)
he got his hand belted at one point...they certainly were not doing that when I was at school..am 7 years younger than character though
the characters are quite 'nippy' draconian but could be to highlight how the lad struggled and got in trouble..
if you are scottish and want to act...PLEASE learn to drop the acting accent...just talk how you talk, drop the strange affectation and off you go (Karen Gillan, David Tennant, James MacAvoy, Ewan MacGregor nailed it..they don't have the affectation
With only the post split fixtures remaining who would be your signing of the season?
I recognise we have signed a few so I’ll create a shortlist to choose from.
(no specific order)
🇵🇹 Cláudio Braga
🇬🇷 Alexandros Kyziridis
🏴 Marc Leonard
🇩🇪 Alexander Schwolow
🇮🇸 Tómas Magnusson
🇮🇪 Oisin McEntee

@Batfox_Pictures This version was played as the teams walked out for the Scottish Cup Final in 1995 between Hearts & Rangers. It was amazing and gave me goosebumps.
Taken as a B side from “Don’t Look Back in Anger” in 1995, “Cum on Feel the Noize” was recorded by Oasis as a cover of the Slade classic. Performed here on Later… with Jools Holland in 1995, the track captures the band’s raw, high energy sound at the height of Britpop.
Think we’ve ran out of steam now. Rangers home form should be enough to see them through. No chance are we taking much from Motherwell, Celtic and Hibs after split.
There are some hearts fans I’m adamant get absolutely zero joy out of life though, top with 6 games to go and calling for the Del’s head. Is it a bit shite that we’ve thrown anyway so many daft points? Yes incredibly, but I’d have killed for this position a year ago
Not sure other fans of other Scottish clubs will answer, but as it stands. Who would you choose right now, for me it's this :-
POTY - Claudio Braga
YPOTY - Mikey Moore
MOTY - Derek McInnes
