This just happened off the tee on a par three. The flag pole is obviously leaning and there is some wind. Do I count this as a hole in one or do I wait for the wind to blow and move the flag? How long can I wait? THIS IS VERY SERIOUS.

@Corcoran1Sam @GoingParabolic The funniest part is that you still haven’t realized the obvious - if a ball can fit in the cup while the flag stick is in the hole, then if you embed half the ball in the turf OUTSIDE the cup, there MUST be at least 1/2 ball diameter distance between the ball and the flag.
