A little over a year ago, we began building the next phase of @Core_Scientific. Since then, we’ve made significant progress, executing on multiple large-scale builds in parallel and delivering megawatts. We’ve built a repeatable execution engine for AI infrastructure at scale, one designed to convert power, capital, and demand into long-term, high-value colocation capacity. Last week marked another major step forward for the company. We shared several important updates, including: - Delivering at Scale: Energized ~350 MW of capacity to date, and last year we energized as many megawatts as our closest publicly traded peers combined. - Strategic Capital to Support Growth: Secured up to $1B in strategic financing with Morgan Stanley, which enhanced our financial flexibility as we execute our development and go-to-market strategy. - Power Expansion at New Location: Announced an agreement to expand into Hunt County, Texas, which is expected to support ~430 MW of gross power capacity, with an approved ERCOT interconnection ramp schedule. - Power Expansion at Existing Locations: Increased gross power capacity by ~300 MW in Dalton, Georgia, and Pecos, Texas. Core Scientific is building real infrastructure, at scale, in the right markets. The work is complex, but we have the team, the experience, and the discipline to execute. I’m extremely proud of the Core Scientific team and the speed and scale at which they continue to deliver. We are just getting started.

In addition to the new site announced earlier this week, Core Scientific expanded capacity at two existing campuses, increasing total gross capacity by ~300 megawatts. Several campuses across our portfolio were designed with future expansion phases in mind, providing built-in capacity to support continued growth.

Core Scientific recently announced adding ~730 megawatts of gross power to its portfolio. This was done through: 1. Signing a new large land and power agreement in one of the fastest-growing colocation markets 2. Expansions at two existing locations Here’s what you need to know about the new site📝 Upon completion, the 265-acre Hunt Campus is expected to deliver ~430 megawatts of gross power.
