Design for testability (DFT), JTAG embedded functional test (JET), in-system programming (ISP), and test procedure generation are also covered. The training includes a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises using actual hardware to provide you with an overview of the ScanExpress test and ISP features and to have you run your own developed test. ScanExpress version 10.9.0 introduces a new model type for untested devices, designed to support test development. This new "Exclude" classification allows devices that are not involved in boundary-scan to be reviewed but excluded from testing, streamlining the process. In addition to this new feature, the release includes a variety of bug fixes and improvements across multiple ScanExpress applications.
