@Xris32 @RogersHistory I often use this technique when cold calling and try to ask the shy/ less confident students first as that means they get an opportunity to speak and to usually get the answer correct.

This is brilliant and we struggle so so much in our household with this.. I genuinely believe we need to have serious restrictions on phones for children 18yrs and under.. It's really really worrying and what Robbie is saying I couldn't agree with more.

For the first time in my career, I'm not going in for results day today - I've decided to extend our holiday in the Lakes instead with my tiny baby (and fiancé!) ❤️ It was a hard call to make, but I know it's the right one. Wishing all students and teachers the best of luck! 🙏🏼
