Day 28 of 31 In the month of December I am going to drop 31 (1 for each day) personal opinions about the game of baseball. Energy drinks should be limited for baseball players, especially during games. Too much caffeine too quickly will actually delay reaction time and lock up the brain. Baseball is played over a long period of time, and a crash will likely happen at some point during the game, creating a roller-coaster of energy levels. The best players are able to manage and maintain their energy levels for long periods of time. They also know what energy level they perform best at and do everything they can to stay there. Change my mind!

The tee is for younger players, 7 years old or younger. I took ours out of our program years ago. It is the most overused and most overrated hitting tool in the game of baseball. Change my mind!
