Our schools are beginning to tag Nigerian students as defaulters just because of the delays and bad treatments you guys treat out transactions with...those who go through the back door to bribe their ways out are given preference than we that stay on queue for months, Be Fair!!!

So, you people don't bother to check the documents again, you just automatically reject Form A despite that I already uploaded the Tax clearance?? After waiting on queue for 3months??? Please, help me with the transaction, you can't keep punishing and putting us under pressure

@UBAGroup @cenbank @UBACares Una Iponri...I initiated my Form A Form my school fees since last year December, I have been chatting you people and you kept telling me it takes 7-9weeks, 10-13weeks for Form A transactions to be completed that it's on First in First out basis...
