So out on Brad. Talks a big game every year then gets embarrassed, he's not willing to do what it takes to win a national championship, claims to run a program built on toughness but his teams aren't tough. And How many times will he watch a game slip away right in front of him?
@justinprofancik@Slimelifeeee I watched yesterday's game. Wasn't officiated fairly. At some point you gotta be a realist lol refs play a part in basketball games, it happens all the time. If you can't admit that you're probably believer in Santa Claus. Must be a fun life
@Corso02 Again, not what I said. You can keep putting words in my mouth. But in the end, it’s tough canning a guy who has won all these games, but we’re at the point where struggling when games mean the most is trending.
@Corso02 What we had w/ Bruce and Groce for a decade was less than mediocrity. What we have now is slightly better, if you look at it from a peer review perspective. Most teams don’t have what Illinois has had the last half decade. But I’ll agree it may be time to think about change.
@Corso02 Not talking about Brad anymore. Just saying that bringing in someone new doesn’t automatically mean more success. History has shown us this job isn’t foolproof.
@Corso02 No, but they got two hires in a row wrong. And you look around and see it everywhere. Iowa has struggled to find that guy. Maryland is a train wreck. Minnesota can’t get it right. UCLA is stagnant. We can go on here…
@ChiSportsTweetr I could care less about the amount of games hes won. Its led to ONE second weekend in 9 seasons.
He crumbles in March more than any coach Ive ever seen. Its pathetic.
@Corso02 That’s a dangerous line to walk. There comes a point when enough is enough, yes, but is that point now? Not sure. He’s still won a ton of games.
