This my family is Southern Baptist if you know anything they are hard headed and stuck in their ways. I’m non binary they had trouble accepting that for years. We struggled and fought for a long time. I got similar message and set boundaries told them what I needed explained clearly. My family is now a positive thing in my life. My mother gives me hope everyday and I love fishing and talking about life with my dad. It even lead to me getting closer to g-d. I said it already in my response but I’ll say it again. In the darkness of life it’s of great comfort to know you have family. g-d put us together for reason we don’t know that reason it’s on us to find out. By understanding one another and trying to work together cause that’s what family is. Blessings to you friend you seem like a good neighbor and father from your reply’s.I hope your life is well now and into the future.

@punchdrunkdylan As a Catholic dad, I think your parents are trying. This is something that’s very hard if not impossible for us to get behind. That being said, if you want grace you have to give grace. Try to give them grace.

Gonna be honest idk full context. But it looks like they are trying. I went through something similar with my family. You should text them layout some ground rules. It sounds like they miss you so set boundaries. Then spend some time with your family. They aren’t gonna be here forever and regardless of what you think now. You will miss them when you’re gone. People aren’t perfect if they hurt you it’s only fair to let them try to make amends. Our ways of life are new scary for better or for worse. The world used to have particular order to it and people were punished harshly for rocking boat. So that initial negative response was them trying to save you. No one wants to see their child get tortured by society. They realize now that It was wrong they are trying to show you that you are still loved. Don’t push that away. I’m not saying that to rag on you or be negative I’m non binary I know what you went through. I had similar things happen. I now have good relationship with my mom she helps give me hope everyday. My dad and me fish every other weekend and talk bullshit to each other. In the darkness of life it’s of great comfort to know you have family.

The specs are basically 11th gen I7 (8 core 16 thread cpu that gets up to 4.8 ghz Ram: 32 gb Gpu: 9060 xt 16gb With 2 1TB SSDs. Using an intel nuc barebones pc kit. Plus all that you saw gives it a footprint smaller than modern consoles. will say not as small as steam machine but it can still hangout at the size of a shoe box.

Thank you I appreciate it. It’s why I make it clear I’m not the moral police. I refuse to dilute these words meanings. I’m not gonna hang someone for liking something that is not illegal or hurting anyone. It’s one thing to dislike something even on morals but the rational response is to ignore it and move on.
