We are so thankful to have the talents of our WKU student teacher, Ms. Rossow, kicking her solo week off with high student engagement and rigorous discussion!
We had to switch gears this morning on our assignment for a text and Graphic Features we brainstormed cooperative learning activity for our class …a huge big thanks you to Mrs. Camp my co-teacher along with Mrs. Gilbert and Mrs. Meagan!
Today we learned how to fit a 4th grader through an index card in science class! The students had to use many problem-solving and teamwork skills to reach their goal!
It’s so rewarding watching young people grow into their potential! Today, one of my former students came and implemented a math lesson and game he designed for my math ESS class, all of his own initiative and on his own time!
The weather outside may be frightful, but these two students are so delightful! During indoor recess, they proactively asked to review flash cards instead of playing games, setting a great example of “beginning with the end in mind”! So proud of these great 4th grade leaders.
