Yes, James Franklin screwed Allar over. He never developed the kid to be a good QB, just a game manager.
But Franklin didn’t throw those horrific INTs against Notre Dame and Oregon (twice). Franklin didn’t miss targets badly his entire career.

I think Drew Allar is a big nothing burger.
He can’t make NFL reads or NFL throws.
His accuracy? LOL.
He was terrible in big games.
