Today is our 20 year wedding anniversary ♥️ We celebrated it the same way we spend each day… Woke up next to my soul mate… Worked out together… Had a coffee date… Walk on the beach… Spent time working on our business together… Will make yummy, healthy dinner at home and spend time with the family. I’m extremely fortunate to have a person that I like and love as much now as the day we married 🙏

@CosmicAdonis @cryptorover That’s great to hear. What more can you ask for? Been okay. Recovering from shoulder surgery. Just about hit the post 2 month surgery time frame. Probably another 2-3 months of rehab to go. Finally got rid of the sling 2 weeks ago after beijg strapped to it for 5 weeks.

President Trump said this is “a win for the American people.” Meanwhile, the tariffs were declared illegal. The US government is now refunding businesses with that same tariff money. The tariffs that consumers actually paid through higher prices. So you get no check. But you already paid the bill. Make it make sense.

@digijordan I completely agree. All I’m saying is the shortage of supply and what’s being produced is exaggerated in the news. I’ve been an oil refinery operator for the last 8.5 years. Most of the global market share refineries are here and they won’t see a drop in rates for a long time

@CosmicAdonis We import a bunch of stuff. We need allies to have energy to make stuff. We can’t only think about this one part of the world.

Regarding the Iran war… The ceasefire seemed to be simply a pause for all sides to rearm. Reports are attacks are less than 24 hours away. US intelligence intel suggests up to 90% of Iranian missile launchers are back up and ready…and their best missiles haven’t even been touched. I feel like Trump was forced into this…likely blackmailed…and he was hoping it would be quick and easy…a la Venezuela. I think Iran knows this… And their strategy is to just make it as complicated, long and messy as possible… But… If Trump really can’t walk away…and is forced to finish this thing…that means a ground war…which is an absolute nightmare - Vietnam on steroids. In the meantime…gas prices will rise, fertilizer will run out, oil will be in short supply…Iran is threatening to cut the underwater Internet cables for like half the world. Not to mention if they go ham on refineries and tankers…it could actually collapse the global oil industry…creating a domino effect that takes down many more industries. Israel has repeatedly said they want to ‘finish’ the job… But I just don’t see how this thing ends without immense destruction and disruption. Iran has been preparing for decades for this fight. Israel sees this as eschatological. Even our top brass like Hegseth, are on record talking about this in a biblical sense. It has the recipe for disaster.

Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

When my (former) podcast network terminated my contract… They told me it was because I was too raw and outspoken. They said I disappointed them and that I should learn to be quiet. That I’m hurting my ‘brand’… My response…? My ‘brand’ is being ME. Being real. Being honest. Being imperfect. Learning. Growing. But never - EVER - being fake or playing games. They wanted me to change. I refused. They terminated my contract. To me…this is perfectly on ‘brand’ lol.

My gym surprised us with a free crawfish and shrimp boil today…don’t know if there’s a better feeling than walking out the door from an ass-kicking workout and being handed a plate of fresh protein 💪
