@henryb_84 My sister in law is black Irish and her maiden name is Spain! So it honestly would make sense if her Irish ancestors came from Spain

There's a popular term that went around if you were Irish that the Irish know of. The term Black Irish did not mean Africans in Ireland. It actually meant people with darker phenotypes of Irish descent whether it be hair or skin of an olive tone. These features are mostly associated with Mediterranean peoples. Popular folklore indicated that black Irish meant Spanish sailors and their descendants who settled upon Ireland as well, but that's mostly considered folklore due to the fact that the vast majority of the Spanish Armada were either kicked out or executed.

There is something therapeutic about wrapping Vietnamese rice wraps. Dipping in the water, patiently waiting for the right texture, carefully folding so it doesn’t rip. It also forces me to slow down & enjoy my food bc I individually wrap each one before eating rather than making all at once.

@CosmicMind144 Thanks. She's in good physical health, but her short term memory is horrible. She has to write herself notes to keep track of things. I'm certain the stroke was caused by that awful covid vaccine they forced on her because she was a teacher.
