Totally doable! Puff sleeves can be expanded really cleanly by adding a hidden panel inside the sleeve cap and it keeps the shape but gives you more arm room. And swapping the zipper is simple too, you’ll get a much smoother fit. If you want, just show me which part feels tight and I can guide you on the best fix.
