Had a less than favorable experience at Costa Vida over the weekend and have to say, they more than made up for it with the remedy. To say they messed up on our simple order would be an understatement. Ordered 30 minutes ahead for the Fillmore location and it was not ready when we got there 15 minutes later than our expected time. (Took longer to get gas than I thought) I figured I’d wait, it’s Thanksgiving weekend, id expect it to be busier than normal, but couldn’t even talk to anyone at the pickup counter. 45 minutes later I asked about my order status and was told “you’re just going to have to wait..” I ended up leaving and wrote a review just asking for a refund since I never received my product while I enjoyed my dependable Uncrustable in the car. They refunded it and gave me credit for a few more tacos at a later date. This is why I will continue to be team #NeverRio. Costa Vida made it right and went above and beyond when they didn’t have to.
