Post operative ct 1 week later. Mainly dust. Only 2 fragments were basketed when stent was removed. Stone free after 2nd procedure

BN54: the new Holmium:YAG 35watts from EMS. Nothing new, but just to confirm that it works well as an excellent Ho:YAG low power system. In terms of Holmium technology and RIRS: low power (30-35W) is enough to perform perfectly.

BN43: First use of the NEW SingleUse (SU)digital Flexi-URS 7,5Fr (Pusen). Today this is the smallest SU Digital F-URS. A bit bigger than regular 7Fr JJ. It opens the door for the future to treat stone in emergency & not place a JJ. Not yet recommended but must be investigated

@CostabelDr I had a stent placed on Wednesday and am having all over body aches all my muscles hurt, even if you touch my face those muscles feel sore. My head also tingles 😭 I wish I never had this procedure

I was in my OR and get a this pick from ER...."bring her to the OR for fast stent". Didnt planned to do pielography. Wire was far from the stone so didnt make sense. Now i decided to do pyelography thay only painted upper calix

Creo q es muy importante la cantidad de energía q se aplica sobre la capsula. En mi experiencia. Tenia una fuente que trabajaba el corte con 290 watts y casi todos tenían disuria pop. Actualice a fuente que trabaja con 170 w y bajo drasticamente. No hago holep
