Thanks to @Cottamstiles1 finally had to relent and get rid of the wooden floor as the four legged fiend has trashed it! Peter and the lads have have come up trumps, even fixed the leaky radiator whilst they laid the floor! Quality service and two weeks in, the floor is dog-proof!
